Sketchbook course
Essentially, this is a creative sketchbooks course which introduces the student to the effective use of a sketchbook when producing creative sketchbook ideas. The course provides instruction, advice and information on the use of a variety of different media and on the inclusion of photographs, cuttings and mixed media within sketchbooks and sketchbook ideas.
The student is taken through a series of activities designed to explore methods of varying the layout and approaches to recording within a sketchbook and how to develop personal creativity through sketchbook work.
This sketchbooks course is designed to develop personal creativity through the exploration of a wide range of media and materials. This online sketchbook course will train Students to utilize line, tone, colour, texture and pattern, and to manipulate a variety of mark making media, papers, inks, paints and dyes using both conventional and unconventional approaches.
On completion of this course students will have developed creative skills in recording and developing work in a sketchbook.
