The ‘Fast Track’ Foundation Course in Art & Design provides a direct route to a range of Degree level courses starting in January 2011.

The Fast Track Foundation starts in September 2010 and is studied over a single semester. Students who successfully complete the course are guaranteed entry into any of IDI’s degree level programmes. The following Degrees will be available for direct entry in January 2010:

BA Graphic Design

BA Illustration

BA Interior & Spatial Design

BA Interactive Media Design

BA Photography

Students on the Fast Track Foundation follow a programme of units from the ABC Level 3 / 4 Foundation Diploma (Art & Design), and will receive certification from ABC, one of the UK’s leading awarding bodies. Students may also choose to extend their studies beyond a single semester, giving them the opportunity to gain the full award of Foundation Diploma. This award carries UCAS tariff points.

The courses fee for the Fast Track Foundation is £2,200. The fee may be paid in full or by instalment. Those enrolling before 6th August will be entitled to an early payment discount of £220.
