Interactive Media Design

Multimedia Design Courses

Multimedia is a term, which is commonly used to cover a number of disciplines, particularly as the creative, software and IT sectors continue to converge.

Increasingly, we use the term Multimedia to describe the creation of interactive content for use in websites, mobiles phones and portable media players, as well as in large scale projections. Multimedia design courses cover applications in graphic communication, web design, animation, games design and e-commerce. Consequently, the Interactive Design Institute’s multimedia design programme is more accurately referred to as our Interactive Multimedia Design course.

Multimedia designers understand the techniques and processes used to create digital images, and to work with video, animation and sound. They are involved in the authoring and programming of software, but are concerned mainly with the development of creative, innovative content.

IDI’s Interactive Multi Media Design course provides comprehensive training in the latest techniques required for this fast moving sector.
